Use of steam ironing machine

When ironing synthetic fiber clothing, special care must be taken with the ironing temperature and method, as synthetic fibers shrink or even melt at high temperatures.

Improper handling can lead to yellowing or even holes in the fabric. Therefore, synthetic fiber blends should not be ironed at the same high temperatures as cotton.

If using a steam iron, the steam is emitted from the bottom of the iron and it has a valve, making it convenient to use. Temperature control generally requires experience. If using other types of irons, such as those with automatic temperature control, the temperature should be kept close to the allowable range.

However, it is important to regularly check the automatic temperature control for malfunctions to prevent damage to clothing. If using a regular iron, a simple method to check the iron's temperature is to drop a drop of water onto the bottom of the iron and listen to the sound and observe the change in the water droplet's movement.
